Our products are digital downloads. Because digital files can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited once the product has been delivered.
Refunds May Be Considered When
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You purchased the wrong item and contact us before downloading or accessing it.
- The download link or product file is not working and we are unable to fix it.
- You did not receive access because of a verified technical or payment issue.
Refunds Are Usually Not Available When
- The digital product has already been downloaded, accessed, or used.
- You change your mind after purchase.
- You expected a physical product, while the page clearly described a digital download.
- The issue is caused by device, printer, software, or internet limitations outside our control.
How To Request Help
Email support@biglifemoment.com with your name, order email, payment screenshot or order ID, and a short description of the issue.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.
Please contact us first if you face any download or access issue. In most cases we can resend access or resolve the problem quickly.
